accordance with its Privacy Policy. Submitting personal information implies the
data subject’s express authorization for purposes related to commercial
communications, loyalty programs, market segmentation, customer management,
internal statistics, marketing, and commercial prospecting. You also authorize
the sharing, transfer, and transmission of personal data to third parties for
purposes related to the operation of HOPUNIVERSE.COM. Providing Sensitive Data
— understood as data that may affect privacy or lead to discrimination — or
data related to minors is optional. We inform you that all collection, storage,

becomes aware of any unauthorized access to their account, they agree to

agrees to immediately notify the financial institution associated with any
payment method used, so that the card or account can be blocked if needed. The

Universe content was developed with the support of artificial intelligence
tools (OpenAI – ChatGPT and Sora) under the creative direction and exclusive
intellectual ownership of FRUBIK S.A.S. All resulting works belong fully and
exclusively to the company.
The content

— including designs, text, graphics, images,
illustrations, multimedia material, photographs, logos, icons, buttons,
software, source code, trade names, slogans, trademarks, industrial designs,
and any other protected elements — is protected under Colombian copyright and
industrial property laws. Such content is either owned by HOPUNIVERSE.COM or
used with prior authorization from its respective rights holders.
Under no
circumstances shall the VISITOR or USER be deemed to have been granted any

USER PURCHASE
OFFERS

offers.
Once a
purchase offer is submitted under those conditions, HOPUNIVERSE.COM will review
the offer and may accept or reject it. Only offers expressly accepted by HOPUNIVERSE.COM
are binding.
Any offers
submitted through other, unauthorized channels are invalid and will not be
considered. No claims will be admitted based on such offers.
PRICE
MODIFICATIONS

reserves the right to modify product and/or service prices at any time, without

The
applicable price for any transaction is the price in effect at the date and

PAYMENT TERMS
Before making
payment, the USER must provide and verify the information required for shipping
of any products and/or services being purchased. Once verified, payment must be
made exclusively through the authorized payment methods available on

Accepted
payment methods may include, among others: credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS), debit cards issued by Colombian financial
institutions, cash-on-delivery options where available, and other locally supported
payment channels. The payment platform facilitates the transaction; it does not
act as a funds custodian.

is not responsible for the approval or denial of any payment. Approval or
rejection depends solely on the policies, terms, and conditions of the USER’s
financial institution and/or the payment gateway.
After the
USER submits payment, HOPUNIVERSE.COM will review whether to accept the
purchase offer. HOPUNIVERSE.COM may accept the offer in whole or in part. In
the event of partial acceptance, HOPUNIVERSE.COM is only obligated to reimburse
the USER the amount actually paid for any non-billed item, without interest or
any other compensation. Refunds will be issued via reversal of the transaction.
TAXES, FEES,
AND CHARGES
The USER
agrees to assume and pay all applicable taxes, logistics costs, insurance, and
shipping charges related to products and/or services purchased through

, as well as
any additional delivery attempts.
All such
charges beyond the product price will be disclosed to the USER before payment
is completed and will also appear on the invoice. If multiple delivery attempts
are required, additional charges may be invoiced separately.
DELIVERY
TERRITORY AND COVERAGE

within the territory of Colombia, and only in areas covered by the contracted
shipping provider.

may refuse to accept a purchase offer if the USER’s delivery address falls
outside the defined coverage area.
DISPATCH OF
PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES
HOPUNIVERSE.COM
ships products and/or services only during business hours and on business days,
and only after accepting the USER’s purchase offer.
DIGITAL /
DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
For products
delivered digitally (e.g. comics, music, animations, creative downloads),
access is provided immediately once payment is confirmed. Delivery is made by
sending a secure download link to the email address registered by the USER.
Before
purchasing, the USER is responsible for verifying that the file format offered
by HOPUNIVERSE.COM is compatible with their operating system and/or device.
Digital
products from HOPUNIVERSE — including comics, music, animations, and creative
downloads — are protected by copyright and are not eligible for withdrawal
(retracto) under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.

ONLINE STORE
PRODUCT
DELIVERY
Physical
products and/or services will be delivered to the shipping address provided by
the USER at registration or checkout. It is the USER’s responsibility to ensure
the address is complete and accurate. The USER agrees that both HOPUNIVERSE.COM
and the shipping provider may contact them via phone, email, or other channels
in order to successfully complete delivery.
At the time
of delivery, the recipient must inspect the physical condition of the package
and record any visible issues in writing. If packaging is damaged, the
recipient may refuse delivery.
Deliveries
made under these conditions are considered valid. HOPUNIVERSE.COM will not
accept complaints related to deliveries that were received and not rejected at
the time of delivery.
If delivery
fails due to incomplete or incorrect address information, or for any other
reason, the USER must contact us through the “CONTACT US” link on

If we do not
hear from the USER, HOPUNIVERSE.COM will attempt to contact the USER to confirm

In such
cases, HOPUNIVERSE.COM will only be required to reimburse the USER the amount
actually paid for the product, without interest or any other compensation.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used by the USER within
thirty (30) calendar days.

Shipping
costs depend on product dimensions, weight, volume, delivery time, and
destination. These costs will be disclosed to the USER in advance and are fully
payable by the USER.
The USER
acknowledges and accepts that deliveries will be made within an estimated
timeframe, without a guaranteed specific delivery hour. Delivery estimates are
not exact deadlines and may vary based on logistics, distance, road conditions,
weather, or force majeure.
IMPORTANT
DELIVERY RECOMMENDATIONS
If after 48
hours from receiving the order no claim has been submitted, HOPUNIVERSE.COM
will assume the delivery was satisfactory.
Please follow
these recommendations:
– Check, in
the presence of the carrier, that security seals are intact, the package
matches your order, and the packaging is in good condition.
– If you
detect any anomaly (damage, tampering, etc.), record it on the carrier’s
delivery sheet, sign with comments, and refuse the product.
– Once you
have signed and accepted the package, do not surrender your copy of the
delivery receipt under any circumstance.

ORDER
CANCELLATION
To request

If the
cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed using the same payment
method originally used by the USER, within thirty (30) calendar days.
RIGHT OF
WITHDRAWAL (RETRACTO)
The USER may
exercise the statutory right of withdrawal (“derecho de retracto”) provided
under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, under the following terms:

– The product
must be in perfect condition, in its original, unopened packaging, including
all accessories, manuals, and other components.
– Return
shipping and any associated costs are the USER’s responsibility.
– Once
withdrawal conditions are approved, the USER has three (3) days to return the
product.
PLEASE NOTE
HOPUNIVERSE.COM
does NOT accept withdrawal for: downloadable or digital products (e.g. e-books,
digital codes), opened or unsealed software, consumables (printer cartridges,
ribbons, toners), video games, computers with user-installed software or
registered operating systems, storage media (hard drives, USB drives), optical
media (CD, DVD, Blu-ray), items showing evidence of installation (e.g.
wall-mounted TVs), assembled furniture, or personal-use items (such as
grooming, beauty, audio devices, etc.).
HOPUNIVERSE.COM
will refund the purchase amount (minus applicable return shipping costs)
through the same payment method used by the USER. The USER expressly authorizes
deduction of any costs incurred in processing the return.
MINORS
HOPUNIVERSE
content is designed for children and teenagers; however, account registration,
purchases, and transactions must be carried out exclusively by adults or under
the supervision of a legal guardian. Minors may enjoy content and participate
in creative activities only with parental or guardian authorization.
We will not
knowingly request personal information directly from a minor without verifiable
consent from a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012
and Decree 1377 of 2013.
PRODUCT
WARRANTY
The USER
accepts and agrees to comply with applicable Colombian Consumer Protection
regulations regarding warranty claims.
The warranty
period for each product will be that indicated on the product itself or in
applicable Colombian technical standards. If no period is indicated and none is
legally established, the default warranty period shall be one (1) month from
delivery to the USER.
Under
Colombian Consumer Protection Law, the primary legal warranty obligation is
free-of-charge repair of product defects, without prejudice to any specific
terms defined by the manufacturer or importer, which will be included in the
documentation delivered with the product.
WARRANTY
CLAIM PROCEDURE
For warranty
matters, the USER may contact the product manufacturer directly using the
channels and procedures indicated in the warranty documentation.
If the USER
submits a warranty request to HOPUNIVERSE.COM, it will be processed through the
Petitions, Complaints and Claims (PQR) system available on WWW.HOPUNIVERSE.COM

PETITIONS,
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS (PQR)

provides a PQR channel where USERS may file
warranty requests and other claims.
HOPUNIVERSE.COM
will respond within fifteen (15) business days following the business day after
the PQR is filed.
By submitting
a PQR, the USER authorizes HOPUNIVERSE.COM to deliver the official response to
the email address registered in the USER’s account, which shall have full legal
validity under Colombian law.
USER /
VISITOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The USER
and/or VISITOR of WWW.HOPUNIVERSE.COM
agrees to, without limitation:
– Refrain
from any conduct that may damage, alter, imitate, spoof, obstruct, or destroy
the website, its system, or any component of WWW.HOPUNIVERSE.COM

– Not upload,
include, or transmit any material containing viruses or malicious code that
could impair or damage the site.
– Not use
language, images, or content that could be offensive, defamatory, pornographic,

institution or payment gateway, or any other damage arising from circumstances
