What should I do if I didn’t receive my payment receipt?
For every approved transaction made through EPAYCO, you will receive a payment confirmation email with a purchase reference number.

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is five (5) business days after purchase confirmation.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery in major cities for orders over $100,000 COP.
For other regions of Colombia, delivery is available with an additional fee starting at $10,000 COP, depending on the destination.

Can I receive my order in Chía with no delivery fee?
Yes!
For orders over $100,000 COP, deliveries within the Bogotá Savannah region are free of charge, as follows:
North: Zipaquirá, Chía, Cajicá, Cota, Tocancipá
West: Funza, Mosquera, Madrid, Facatativá
South: Usme, Soacha
We also deliver to all 19 urban districts of Bogotá.
